The central point of the project is its relationship with the history of the place: the Roman road 'decumanus', the medieval houses of the 15th century, the street of the Platerías or jewellers and the transformation of the 19th century street map.

All this, together with a cultural context of artists and craftsmen, meant that this rehabilitation was at all times an attempt to dialogue, enhance and bring to light all these virtues.
